📦 Where We Ship
We currently deliver across India – from metro cities to smaller towns. No matter where you live, if you’ve got an address, we’ll probably get there.
🆓 Free Shipping
- Free delivery on all orders over ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat ₹70 shipping fee is applied at checkout.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
🧵 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
In case of high demand (like a sale or festival season), processing may take a little longer – but we’ll keep you informed.

All payments made via Razorpay are 100% secure.
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and more. No hidden charges.
🚛 Delivery Partners
We work with top-tier logistics providers like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
📬 Order Tracking
As soon as we ship your order, you’ll get a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can also track your order directly from your “My Account” > Orders section on our website.
📦 Packaging
All items are carefully packed and sealed. If your package looks tampered with on arrival, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at 📧 [email protected] or 📱 +91-9109309555.
🚨 Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to:
- Unforeseen weather conditions
- Remote or restricted locations
- COVID-like disruptions
- Courier issues out of our control
If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to update you and resolve the issue fast.
❌ Non-Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery, the courier may try again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
